Glucosamine

Glucosamine is a building block for cartilage tissue. With a lack of glucosamine in the body, the processes of degeneration of cartilage tissue intensify, inflammation occurs, which ultimately leads to osteoarthritis. The introduction of exogenous glucosamine enhances the production of cartilage matrix, which creates protection against chemical damage to the cartilage.
