      Tylosin
Tylosin is a bacteriostatic active antibiotic specially designed for use in animals. Tylosin acts on gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria, including: E. coli, Bacillus anthracis, Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Leptospira spp., Stapylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Corynebacterium spp., Corynebacterium ., Chlamydia spp., Treponema spp. (Brachispira) and others.

When administered intramuscularly, the antibiotic is rapidly resorbed and reaches maximum tissue concentrations approximately 1 hour after administration.
