Composition
1 g of the drug contains:
birch tar – 30 mg
xeroform – 30 mg
Description
Ointment of light yellow or dark brown color, creamy consistency, with a pronounced specific odor.
Pharmacological properties
The combination of active ingredients of the drug provides a pronounced antiseptic, insecticidal and deodorizing effect, stimulates blood circulation of peripheral vessels, regeneration of the epidermis, accelerates the healing process.
Method of administration and dosage
The drug is used externally after aseptic treatment of the affected skin area. The ointment is applied in a thin layer to the affected area or with the help of drains, tampons and gauze dressings directly into the wound. The dressings are changed after 1-2 days until the symptoms of the disease disappear. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the nature of the disease.
Cautions
Personnel in contact with the drug must comply with the hygiene and safety rules adopted when working with veterinary drugs.
Indications
Treatment of cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs for diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, especially for chronic sluggish wounds, eczema, bedsores, scabies, lichen, inflammation of fungal etiology and purulent-necrotic processes of hooves and claws.
Contraindications
Do not administer to cats and animals with acute wet eczema.

Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures from +5 to +25 ° С.
