Dexamethasone

Dexamethasone Synthetic glucocorticoid (GCS), a methylated derivative of fluoroprednisolone. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, immunosuppressive effects, increases the sensitivity of beta-adrenergic receptors to endogenous catecholamines.
