At Homelabvet, we’re determined to make online shopping as easy as possible. That’s why we’ve got a number of different payment options to help you get your paws on your order fast and with minimum fuss.

Once you’ve confirmed the products you want to order, entered your address and selected a shipping method, you’ll need to select how you want to pay for your order. We’ve got several options to choose from…

Paying via your Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Just enter your credit card number, the name on your card, your card’s expiry date, and your card’s CVV number – you’ll find it on the back of your card.

 

Free Shipping Homelabvet

We offer only Registered international Mail (with Tracking Number) as more faster and reliable delivery service. 

After each dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by which you can track the parcel on the carrier’s website, alternately you can use 17Track.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

The orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine.

2. Handling Time

All items will be shipped within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. However, in some cases the handling time may be up to 2 – 3 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within an estimated number of business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived at you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will organize for a courier to come and collect them at no extra charge. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or resend.
