Description:
Homogeneous oral paste.

Composition:
1 ml of the drug contains active ingredients:
fenbendazole – 75 mg,
pyrantel pamoate (embonate) – 72 mg,
praziquantel – 25 mg.
Excipients: butylhydroxyanisole, sucralose, colloidal silica, dimethicone.

Pharmacological properties:
ATCvet QP52, veterinary anthelmintic drugs (QP52AA01, praziquantel; QP52AF02, pyrantel; QP52AC13, fenbendazole).
A wide range of anthelmintic action on round and tape helminths is based on the pharmacological action of the components of the drug: fenbendazole, pyrantela embonate, praziquantel.
Fenbendazole, which belongs to the benzimidazole group, inhibits the polymerization of tubulin proteins into microtubulins, reduces the activity of energy enzymes, which causes the death of parasites from exhaustion. Has a high anthelmintic activity and a wide spectrum of action, destroys the larvae of mature nematodes, some types of nestodes, tremadot and their eggs.
When administered orally, fenbendazole is slowly absorbed from the digestive tract, reaching maximum plasma concentrations after 24 hours when the drug is administered at a dose of 5 mg per 1 kg of body weight or after a few hours when the drug is administered at a dose of 100-150 mg per 1 kg of body weight. Fenbendazole and its metabolites are excreted from the body mainly in feces and 10 in urine.
Pyrantela pamoate (embonate), which belongs to the group of tetrahydropyrimidines, is active against nematodes (round helminths), affects their cholinergic receptors, which leads to irreversible spastic paralysis of parasites.
When administered orally, pyrantel pamoate (embonate) is absorbed in a small amount from the digestive tract, reaching maximum plasma concentrations within 1-3 hours. Half of the administered dose is excreted from the body in unchanged form with feces, 15 doses – in unchanged form or in the form of metabolites in the urine.
Praziquantel is active against cestodes (tapeworms), increases the permeability of membranes for calcium ions, causes an increase in muscle activity, which is replaced by muscle contraction and spastic paralysis, and causes destruction of the outer coating of adult cestodes.
When administered orally, praziquantel is rapidly absorbed, reaching maximum serum concentrations within 1-3 hours after a therapeutic dose. The bioavailability of praziquantel is about 80. The concentration of praziquantel in cerebrospinal fluid is 14-20 compared to its concentration in blood plasma. The concentration of the active substance in bile is three times higher than in venous blood. The plasma half-life of praziquantel is 1-1.5 hours, while the half-life of the major metabolites is 4-6 hours. Praziquantel is excreted from the body mainly in the urine in the form of metabolites. 70 of the dose taken is excreted from the body within 24 hours, 80 – within 4 days.

Application:
Deworming of dogs and cats in case of damage by round and tape helminths: Toxocara canis, T. cati, Toxascaris leonine, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, E. multips.

Dosage:
The drug is administered orally, once.
Recommended dose: 1 ml of the drug per 5 kg of body weight (15 mg of fenbendazole, 14.4 mg of pyrantel pamoate (embonate), 5 mg of prazaquantel per 1 kg of body weight).

Dogs:
0.5 ml of the drug per 0.5-2 kg of body weight;
1 ml of the drug per 2.1-5 kg ​​of body weight;
1 ml of the drug for every 5 kg of body weight.

Cats:
0.5 ml of the drug per 0.5-2 kg of body weight;
1 ml of the drug per 2.1-5 kg ​​of body weight.

On the piston of the syringe-tube, rotate the grooved ring in such a way as to fix its lower part at the mark corresponding to the animal’s body weight. Make sure that there are no food residues in the animal’s oral cavity, remove the protective cap and insert the cannula of the syringe-tube into the animal’s oral cavity, carefully squeeze the appropriate dose onto the base of the tongue. After the injection, raise the head up for a few seconds and make sure that the animal has swallowed the dose of the drug.
Do not administer the drug at the same time as dairy products.
It is recommended to deworm animals from 3 to 12 weeks of age with an interval of 3 weeks and then regularly every 3 months.

Contraindications
Eye cysticosis and spinal neurocistercosis. Liver damage.
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to active substances or some excipients.

Cautions:
Before administration, you must carefully calculate the dose of the drug.
For pregnant animals, it is important to use the correct dose of the drug.
Do not use simultaneously with piperazine-based drugs and other antiparasitic drugs.

Release form:
The drug is produced in plastic syringe tubes with protective caps and grooved rings of 4 ml and 10 ml. Syringe tubes are packed in cardboard boxes. Packing size: 1 x 4 ml, 1 x 10 ml, 10 x 10 ml.

Storage:
Store in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children, at a temperature of 5 ° C to 25 ° C.

Best before date:
18 months. After the first opening – 6 months.
