Storage
100 ml of the drug contains the active substance:

Enrofloxacin belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones.Β The drug inhibits the synthesis of enzyme – DNA gyrase, which is the main factor in the catalysis of DNA in the nucleus of microbial cells, resulting in rapid bactericidal action, the degree of which depends on the concentration of enrofloxacin, with the death of sensitive cells within 20 minutes his actions.Β Enrofloxacin is effective in both the latent phase and the bacterial reproduction phase.
The drug is effective against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms: E. coli, Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp., Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp., Bordetella spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Klebsiella spp., Staurelococus, and Staurelococcus. .
Enrofloxacin is rapidly absorbed and completely distributed throughout the body.Β In tissues it reaches concentrations 2-3 times higher than the concentration in the blood.Β Particularly high concentrations of enrofloxacin are observed in the lungs, liver, kidneys, bones and organs of the lymphatic system.Β Excreted in bile and urine.
Application
Treatment of chickens (broilers and young stock), turkeys with colibacillosis, salmonellosis, necrotic enteritis, staphylococcus, streptococcus, mycoplasmosis, pseudomonosis, pasteurellosis caused by microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacin.
Dosage
Orally at a dose of 0.5 ml per 1 liter of drinking water for 3 days, with salmonellosis – for 5 days.Β The solution is prepared based on the daily requirement of birds in water.Β During treatment, the bird should receive only water containing the drug.

Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to enrofloxacin.Β Do not use in laying hens whose eggs are used for human consumption.Β Do not use simultaneously with tetracycline drugs, macrolides, chloramphenicol and theophylline.Β Do not use in the establishment of resistance of pathogens to quinolones.
Reservation
Slaughter of poultry for meat is allowed 11 days after the last administration of the drug.Β The meat obtained before this deadline is disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the opinion of the veterinarian.
Antacids containing cations (Mg2 +, Al3 +, Ca2 +) may interfere with the absorption of enrofloxacin.
