Description
Far Kozlyatnyk. 500 g of honey plants seeds
The plant occupies a strong position among the major honey plants Ukraine. Kozlyatnyk well visited by bees as nectar secretes large quantities. Bees collect an average of 150-200 kg of honey per hectare. In addition to nectar contains a lot of pollen. Flowering begins in late May and lasts until early July, 30-40 days. The second flowering in the middle of August and lasts until mid-September, which is very important because in this period the bees are actively preparing for winter.
The plant reaches 120 cm in height and produces 10-18 Stebliv, which formed inflorescence length 15-20 cm with large blue-purple flowers. Kozlyatnyk hardy and can tolerate cooling to -25 in winter. Also, the plant is an excellent green manure and fodder crops.
