Description
The liquid is colorless or light yellow, transparent, slightly opalescent, with a faint specific odor, foams when shaken.
Pharmacological properties
The drug acts bactericidal and sporocidal on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria – Brucella spp., Clostridium spp., E. coli, Klebsiella spp., Listeria spp., Proteus spp., Pseudomonas spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Strepto. , You. larvae, Bac. altei, fungicidal on Aspergillus spp., Candida albicaus, Trichophyton spp., Saccharomyces cerevisia, Ascosferius apis, virucidally on paramyxoviruses, caliciviruses, rhabdoviruses, disinvasive on nematodes and eimeria oocysts.
Indication
Rehabilitation and disinfection of livestock and poultry premises, places of sale of livestock and poultry products, meat and milk processing plants, slaughterhouses, kennels, cages and other places of small animals and poultry, especially after their deworming.
Disinfection of hives, honeycombs and beekeeping tools for ascopherosis, aspergillosis, paragnylitis, American and European rot, nosematosis of bees.
Disinfection of other objects subject to veterinary supervision – technological and sanitary equipment, transport, tanks, water supply systems, tools, equipment, etc.
Method of application and dosage
The drug is used in the form of working solutions, which are prepared by mixing the concentrate with non-chlorinated water. Disinfection is carried out after thorough mechanical and sanitary cleaning of the surfaces of disinfection objects. During disinfection, the surface is wiped with a sponge or irrigated with fine sprayers until completely moisturized.
Use working solutions of the following concentrations:
- 0.1% (10 ml per 10 liters of water) – rehabilitation of milk processing equipment, feeders, drinkers in the presence of animals;
- 0.25% (25 ml per 10 liters of water) – preventive disinfection of premises and equipment in the presence of animals, rehabilitation of water supply systems;
- 0.5% (50 ml per 10 liters of water) – aseptic cleaning of slaughterhouses, processing shops, shops, laboratories, vehicles, soaking overalls before washing;
- 1% (100 ml per 10 liters of water) – scheduled disinfection during sanitary breaks in livestock facilities;
- 1.5% (150 ml per 10 liters of water) – disinvasion after deworming and disinfection of places of keeping animals and poultry with infectious diseases;
- 0.05% (50 ml per 100 liters of water) – prevention of reproduction of green algae and other microorganisms in indoor pools or water supply systems (conducted once a week);
- 2.5% (25 ml per 1 liter of water) – disinfection of apiaries with sick bees;
- 1.5% (15 ml per 1 liter of water) – planned and preventive disinfection of healthy and relatively healthy apiaries;
- 0.5% (5 ml per 1 liter of water) – planned and preventive disinfection of prosperous apiaries in spring and autumn.
Disinfection of hives, honeycombs (without honey), beekeeping equipment is carried out at an air temperature above +12 ° C by means of sprayers like “Dewdrop”, well moistening all surfaces. The treated items are tightly covered with plastic wrap for 10-12 hours, then washed with water and dried.
Disinfection of successful apiaries is carried out 2 times a year – during the spring and autumn inspection. All external and accessible internal walls of beehives, wooden parts of sotoramok are wiped with a moistened sponge.
Reservation
Personnel in contact with the product must follow the rules of hygiene and safety adopted when working with veterinary drugs.
Preparation of working solutions is carried out in a ventilated room.
Do not use the drug in the presence of animals, poultry and bees.
Soap and detergents slightly reduce the activity of the drug.
Solutions with a concentration of more than 2% can cause skin irritation, so use rubber gloves and goggles when handling them. In case of contact with undiluted product, rinse immediately with running water and apply emollient cream; in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and apply 20% sodium sulfacyl solution (albuterol). Wash face and hands thoroughly with warm soapy water after finishing work.
Do not smoke, eat or drink while working with the drug.
