Light gray powder, fine, with a faint specific odor.

Pharmacological properties

Contact combined insecticide, affects the peripheral nervous system of insects and mites in all phases of their development.

Effective against ectoparasites:

• wingless insects: fleas Ctenocephalides spp., Pulex irritans in the preimaginal and imaginal phase of development, lice Linognathus setosus, hairworms Trichodestes canis, Felicola subrostratus;
• blood-sucking two-winged insects: geji of the family Tabanidae, midges of the family Simulidae, sputum of the family Ceratopogonidae, mosquitoes of the family Culicidaei, mosquitoes of the family Psychodidae, flies of the family Muscidae, horse bloodsuckers Hippobosca equine;
• parasitic mites Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Rhipicephalus spp.

It belongs to the III class of toxicity, moderately toxic to warm-blooded animals and birds, toxic to fish and bees.

Method of application and dosage

For treatment, individual dusting of dogs and cats at the rate of 20-50 g per animal. The drug is applied in a thin layer with a brush on the back from head to tail, on the chest and inner limbs near the torso and easily rubbed into the skin against the hair. After 7-14 days, the treatment is repeated.

To prevent the dose is reduced by 1.5-2 times. For a stable repellent effect, treatment is carried out every 3-4 days during the entire period of threat of ectoparasitosis or attack by biplane-sucking insects.

At individual processing of an ornamental bird the preparation is put around places of loss of feathers, near a cloaca and under wings in a dose of 5-7 g on 1 bird.

Reservation

Personnel in contact with the product must follow the rules of hygiene and safety adopted when working with veterinary drugs.

Treatment of animals is carried out in well-ventilated rooms. When working with the drug it is necessary to use protective clothing (bathrobe, hat, rubber gloves, rubber shoes, airtight goggles, respirator, etc.).

Avoid contact of the drug with the skin of the hands. Wash hands and face thoroughly with soap after handling. If the insecticide gets on the skin, remove it with a cotton swab and thoroughly wash the affected area with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of running water.

Indication

Treatment and prevention of dogs, cats, sport horses and ornamental birds with fleas, lice, hairflies, parasitic mites.

Protect animals in the warm season from the attack of two-winged blood-sucking insects.

Contraindication

Do not handle sick and depleted animals, young animals and poultry under 10 weeks of age, females during pregnancy and lactation.
