Description

The liquid is pink or burgundy, transparent.

Pharmacological properties

A complex preparation based on butaphosphane and three B vitamins has a tonic effect, normalizes metabolic and regenerative processes, stimulates protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, increases the body’s resistance to adverse environmental factors, infections and toxins, promotes growth and development of animals and poultry.

Butaphosphane – an organic compound of phosphorus, stimulates protein synthesis, normalizes liver function, increases non-specific resistance of the body, promotes bone formation, normalizes the level of hydrocortisone during stress. Does not accumulate in the body and does not give side effects like stimulants and inorganic phosphorus.

Nicotinamide stimulates the production of nicotinadine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) and nicotinadine dinucleotide (NAD), which regulate most redox reactions, normalizes many metabolic processes, including energy metabolism. Participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats, amino acids, purines, tissue respiration, glycogenolysis, helps to resist infectious diseases, has detoxifying properties, is rapidly distributed in tissues and passes through the placental barrier. In the liver it is metabolized to N-methylnicotinamide, methylpyridonecarboxamides, glucuronide and complex with glycine, excreted by the kidneys.

Folic acid – one of the enzymes of amino acid synthesis, present in the metabolism of choline, in the body is reduced to tetrahydrofolic acid – a coenzyme that is involved in many metabolic processes. Promotes the synthesis of amino acids, nucleic acids, pyrimidines, purines, stimulates hematopoiesis (partly erythropoiesis), necessary for the normal formation and maturation of megaloblasts.

Cyanocobalamin activates the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids, promotes the synthesis of labile groups in the formation of choline, methionine, nucleic acids, creatine, accumulation in erythrocytes of compounds with sulfhydryl groups, stimulates bone marrow function, normalization of the nervous system, through the placental barrier, activates the blood coagulation system, in high doses increases thromboplastic activity and prothrombin activity. Together with folic acid it is necessary for the formation of erythrocytes in the bone marrow. In the body it binds to proteins by 90%, excreted by the kidneys and bile.

Method of application and dosage

The drug is administered intramuscularly, subcutaneously or intravenously. Injected slowly once a day, the course – 4-5 days. Doses per 10 kg of body weight are:

• horses, cattle – 0.1-0.3 ml;
• the bad one, the calf – 0.5-1 ml;
• pigs – 0.2-0.5 ml;
• piglets – 0.5-1.5 ml;
• sheep, goats – 0.5-1 ml;
• lambs, gosenyas – 0.5-1.5 ml;
• dogs, cats, fur animals – 0.5-2 ml.

Birds are given the drug orally with drinking water, the course is 4-5 days. Doses per 1 liter of water are:

• laying hens, broilers – 2-3 ml;
• chickens, young animals – 1-1.5 ml.

In critical cases and with severe weakness of animals, the drug is used in half dose. If necessary, the course of treatment is repeated in 8-15 days.

Indication

Used for horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, fur animals, chickens with metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiency, as a stimulant and tonic to increase the body’s resistance to diseases of various etiologies (infections, poisoning), polyp and development of animals, in complex therapy for calcium and magnesium deficiency, childbirth, postpartum complications (postpartum paresis), during recovery, after operations, stress, to normalize hematopoiesis and liver function, with increased physical activity of horses (for 2-3 days to competitions or anticipated loads).
