Description

The liquid is light yellow, transparent, oily.

Pharmacological properties

The drug has a pronounced long-term contact insecticidal action against insects that parasitize animals, livestock, and soil. The death of insects occurs in 15-20 minutes.

Cyfluthrin belongs to the group of synthetic pyrethroids of the third generation, selectively binds to insect nerve cell receptors, and disrupts the sodium channels of nerve cells, which leads to delayed membrane repolarization, inhibition of nerve impulses, loss of coordination, paralysis, and rapid death of insects.

Piperonyl butoxide blocks enzyme systems that are a catalyst for oxidative processes in the body of insects has insecticidal properties, but its main function is to increase the effectiveness of pyrethrins and pyrethroids, in particular cyfluthrin.

Method of application and dosage

The drug is used in the form of working solutions by irrigating surfaces in places of accumulation and reproduction of insects (manure collectors, latrine pits, places of animal disposal, etc.) using manual and automatic sprayers.

Working solutions are prepared immediately before use of the drug, diluting it with water at a temperature of + 20-25 ° C in a ratio of 1: 500, 1: 200, and 1: 100 (this corresponds to solutions of 0.2, 0.5, and 1%). Before dilution, the drug is shaken, added to water, and mixed thoroughly.

On the surface that does not absorb water, the solution is applied at the rate of 50 ml / m ², on other surfaces – at the rate of 100 ml / m ². Irrigation is carried out from a distance of 20-40 cm, preferably at the end of the day, at a temperature not exceeding +25 ° C.

0.2% solution is used against most species of insects and mites, 0.5% solution against flies, their larvae, and ants, 1% solution against black beetles and cockroaches.

If necessary, residues of the drug in livestock and work premises are removed with a damp cloth 24 hours after application.

Re-treatment is carried out according to entomological indicators or in 3-4 weeks.

When destroying a chicken mite, the first treatment is carried out immediately after removing the bird from the room, the second – after the cycle of cleaning, washing, and disinfection.

Reservation

Personnel in contact with the product must follow the rules of hygiene and safety adopted when working with veterinary drugs.

Personal protective equipment (bathrobe, hat, rubber gloves, rubber shoes, goggles, and respirator) should be used when preparing and applying the working solutions. After finishing work, wash your hands thoroughly with warm soapy water.

All work with the drug indoors is carried out with the windows open. After finishing work, the room is ventilated for at least 2 hours, until the smell disappears.

In case of contact with skin, mucous membranes, or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of running water.

It is forbidden to use empty containers from under the drug for household purposes!

Indication

Treatment of livestock and farm premises, adjacent areas, places of accumulation, and reproduction of insects in order to destroy adults of gnats, mosquitoes, midges, sputum, flies, fleas, lice, hair flies, downy mildew, periods, cockroaches, ants, wasps, black beetles, other and parasitic mites and their larvae.

Contraindication

Do not treat with the drug feeders, drinkers, and surfaces with which animals and feed come into contact!

Storage conditions

In a dry, well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, out of reach of children and animals, separately from food and feed at a temperature of +4 to +30 ° C.

After opening the vial, store the drug tightly closed at a temperature of +4 to +25 ° C and use for 2 months.

Expiration date
