Fenbendazole, has a wide spectrum of anthelmintic action, is active against nematodes, trematodes and cestodes parasitizing in animals. Fenbendazole is rapidly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. The mechanism of action of fenbendazole is a metabolic disorder, inhibition of fumarate reductase activity and the synthesis of ATP parasite, which leads to the death of helminths. Ringer's Solution Β (Ringer-Lockeβs solution) is a drug as a solution for injections, containingΒ sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and glucoseΒ as active substances and water for injection.
The drug is sterile, colorless, the transparent liquid without visible particles and pre-packed in glass vials by 200 ml.
The drug should be stored in a dry place, protected from sunlight within the temperature range 0 to +25Β°C. Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture under specified storage conditions.
