Pharmacological properties

The drug has a detrimental effect on larval and adult forms of helminths, disrupts neuromuscular regulation in nematodes, causing hyperpolarization of nerve cell membranes and paralysis, inhibits succinate dehydrogenase, catalase, acetylcholinesterase. Rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract. Excreted from the body, mainly in the urine for 24 hours. Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to piperazine, liver disease, renal failure.
