Synchronization of estrus
Cattle: administration of 2 ml of the drug (500 μg of active ingredient) twice with an interval of 10 days.
The first dose of the drug is administered in any phase of the sexual cycle (in cows, 40-60 days after calving). The second dose should be administered on the 11th day after the first injection, after which on the 14th day after the application of the drug (72-76 hours after the introduction of the second dose), artificial insemination is carried out, regardless of external signs of estrus, followed by re-insemination (15th day).
Functional disorders of the ovaries
Cattle: 2 ml of the drug is injected, during the first hunt, artificial insemination is carried out.
Treatment of a follicular cyst is carried out with a single dose of 2 ml not earlier than on the 10th day after the administration of chorionic gonadotropic hormone or luteinizing hormone and after a positive ovarian reaction has been established. Hunting begins on the 3rd day after the introduction of Estrofan.
Postpartum diseases of the uterus:  Cattle: 2 ml of the preparation is injected, repeated administration is carried out on the 11th day, artificial insemination is carried out on the 14th day, and repeated artificial insemination on the 15th day.

Pigs: 0.7 ml of the drug as a whole (0.175 mg of active ingredient) is recommended to be administered starting from 111 days of pregnancy. In most cases, stimulated farrowing occurs within 40 hours after administration, namely between 24 and 35 hours.
horses:  One dose of 1.0 ml (0.250 mg of active ingredient) is administered to mares during estrus.
