Nifulin plus – comprehensive drug broad spectrum bactericidal and bacteriostatic action.
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride – bacteriostatic antibiotic mechanism of action of which is to initiate protein synthesis during its interaction with ribosomes, as well as to reduce the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of sensitive microorganisms. The drug has a broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, such as: Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Brucella spp., Haemophilus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Fusobacterium spp., Salmonella spp., and protozoa (Protozoa), mycoplasma (Mycoplasma spp.), rickettsiae (Rickettsia spp.) and chlamydia (Chlamydia).
Neomycin sulfate – aminoglycoside antibiotic which bactericidal effect on aerobic bacteria effective against gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria (E. coli, Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Shigella, Enterobacteriae, Staphylococcus spp.) and cocci. Neomycin sulfate exhibits antimicrobial effect by inhibition of protein synthesis in ribosomes.
Indication
Treatment of animals (calves aged 4 to 8 weeks, lambs, kids under the age of 4 months, pigs, poultry (chicken), as well as dogs and cats) diseases of the alimentary canal, respiratory and urinary tract infections that are caused by pathogens susceptible to oxytetracycline and neomycin.
Dosage
Oral with food twice a day in dosages:
calves, goats, lambs – 1.2 g product per 25 kg body weight for 5-7 days;
piglets – 100 mg per 1 kg of body weight or 5 kg of the drug per 1000 kg of feed for 5-7 days;
chicken – 1 kg of the drug per 1000 kg of feed for 5-7 days;
dogs, cats – 0.1-0.2 g drug per 1 kg of body weight for 5-7 days.
Contraindications
Do not use the drug hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, as well as the liver and kidneys. Do not use a functional ruminants developed peredshlunkamy. Do not use chickens, hens, eggs are used for human nutrition.
Slaughtering animals (calves, pigs, goats, lambs) and poultry (chicken) meat is permitted after 6 days after the last administration of the drug. Received by the deadline will dispose of meat or unproductive animals are fed, according to a doctor of veterinary medicine.
