sulfathiazole sodium – 80 mg
sulfaguanidine – 70 mg
trimethoprim – 30 mg
oxytetracycline hydrochloride – 45 mg
tylosin tartrate – 25 mg
Tablets are light yellow, cylindrical, flat.

Tylosin tartrate is an antibiotic from the macrolide group, by irreversible connection with the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes inhibits protein synthesis, growth and reproduction of microbial cells. Effective against gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria – Corynebacterium spp., Clostridium spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Pasteurella spp., Vibrio spp., Leptospira spp., Brucella spp., Neisseria spp., Haemophilus spp., Rickettsia spp. Spirochaetes, mycoplasma M. gallisepticum, M. synoviae, M. meleagridis, etc.
Sulfathiazole is an antimicrobial bacteriostatic agent that is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria – E. coli, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium perfringens, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestraelii.
Sulfaguanidine is an antimicrobial bacteriostatic sulfanilamide substance that inhibits dihydropteroate synthetases, which leads to disruption of the synthesis of tetrahydrofolic acid, which is necessary for the synthesis of purines and pyrimidines.
Oxytetracycline is a bacteriostatic antibiotic that disrupts protein synthesis when interacting with ribosomes, reduces the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of microorganisms. Acts against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria – Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Brucella spp., Haemophilus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella spp., Fusobacterium spp., Salmonella spp., Protozoa Mycoplasma Mycoplasma spp., Rickettsia Rickettsia spp., Chlamydia Chlamydia.
Trimethoprim is a chemotherapeutic drug that acts against gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp. etc., gram-negative bacteria E. coli, Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Pasteurella spp., Bordetella spp. etc., inhibits bacterial reductase, which converts dehydrofolic acid into tetrahydrofolic acid, which is necessary for the synthesis of purines and nucleic acids.
Treatment of animals and poultry for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract and genitourinary system caused by gram-positive, gram-negative and other microorganisms:
• calves under the age of 3 months – gastroenteritis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, vibriosis;
• pigs – enzootic pneumonia, arthritis, dysentery, edema, erysipelas, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis;
• lambs under the age of 3 months – septicemia, eimeriosis;
• poultry (broiler chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese) – typhoid, cholera, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis, rhinitis.
Do not administer to animals with hypersensitivity to the active ingredients of the drug, liver and kidney diseases. Do not use for the treatment of ruminants with functionally developed proventricles and laying hens whose eggs are eaten by humans.
Method of administration and dosage
The tablets are used orally with dry or wet food, after crushing them. The daily dose for all types of animals is 1-1.5 g (1-1.5 tablets) per 10 kg of body weight, it is given in two doses, the course is 4-5 days. Depending on the clinical symptoms of the disease, the primary dose of the drug may be increased by 30-100%, and the course of treatment may be extended by 1-2 days.
After the last use of the drug, slaughter of animals and poultry for meat is allowed after 8 days. The meat obtained earlier than the specified period is disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian.
