Pharmacological properties
A combined preparation containing fat-and water-soluble vitamins, trace elements and amino acids that normalize metabolism, increase overall resistance, improve performance, safety and reproductive functions of animals.
Vitamin A is involved in redox reactions, regulates the activity of insulin, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, activates the metabolism of calcium and magnesium, the assimilation of oxygen in biochemical processes, the interaction of proteins with lipids in cell membranes, inhibits the formation of keratinohyaline grains in the lipid layer of cell membranes, maintains elasticity cell membranes, the functioning of the organs of vision, skin, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, uterus, stimulates reproductive functions – spermato- and oogenesis, the growth of embryos, the onset of puberty, the synthesis of sex hormones.
Vitamin D 3 is involved in the exchange of calcium and phosphorus, affects the development of bones, regulates the content of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and bone tissue, ensures their physiological ratio in the body, affects tissue respiration and oxidation of carbohydrates. With a decrease in the content of calcium in the blood of animals, it ensures its transfer from the bone tissue.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant, regulates oxidation during protein biosynthesis, provides ATP metabolism, protects erythrocytes from hemolysis and oxidation, prevents fatty acid oxidation, ensures the stability and activity of the epithelium of the mucous membranes of the reproductive system, gastrointestinal tract and conjunctiva, regulates spermatogenesis and reduces the number of pathologically altered spermatozoa, prevents the degeneration of the epithelium of the seminiferous tubules in males, improves fertilization and embryonic development of the fetus in females.
Vitamins of group B are part of various enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, providing animals with energy, erythrocytopoiesis, hemoglobin synthesis, tissue respiration processes, the functioning of the central nervous system, maintaining the structure of the skin and vision, preventing fatty liver infiltration.
Copper and manganese – trace elements involved in hematopoiesis, stimulate the synthesis of hemo- and myoglobin, erythrocytopoiesis, are part of tissue respiration enzymes and the antioxidant defense system, necessary for the formation of bone tissue.
Zinc participates in the exchange of nucleic acids and protein synthesis, affects the basic life processes – hematopoiesis, reproduction, development of the animal body, hydrocarbon and energy metabolism.
Lysine and methionine are essential amino acids that are part of almost all proteins involved in the synthesis of biologically active substances, hormones, enzymes, carnitine, choline, phospholipids, and collagen formation.
Indications
Treatment and prevention of animals with metabolic disorders, reproductive function, hypovitaminosis, rickets, osteodystrophy, pre- and postnatal storage, postpartum hypocalcemia and hypophosphatemia, arthrosis, gastrointestinal and respiratory tract diseases, infectious and parasitic diseases.
It is used to maintain the reproduction function, stimulate development, increase productivity, nonspecific resistance, egg production, growth of young stock, improve the condition of the skin and plumage, during periods of increased need for nutrients (stressful situations, transportation, veterinary measures, changes in feed composition, high temperatures) during pregnancy (second half) and lactation, during the vaccination period.
Method of administration and dosage
Doses and method of application of the drug for various types of animals are shown in the table.
Animal species | Dose, ml / animal | Course and method of application |
cattle, horses | 10-15 | intramuscularly or subcutaneously, after 7-10 days |
calves, foals, goats, sheep | 5-10 | |
the lamb | 5-8 | |
pigs (up to 10 kg) | 2-3 | |
pigs (10-20 kg) | 4-5 | |
