Solution for injection
Storage
1 ml of the drug contains active substances:
amoxicillin (in the form of amoxicillin trihydrate) – 150.0 mg;
betamethasone dipropionate (in terms of betamethasone) – 0.5 mg;
Excipients
Pharmacological properties
Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic from the group of aminopenicillins. It inhibits the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, inhibits the enzymes transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, causing a violation of the osmotic pressure in the bacterial cell, which leads to the death of bacteria during their growth. The drug is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Bacillus anthracis, Actinomyces spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Erysipelothrix, Lususiochiacya. ., Moraxella spp., Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella spp.).
The maximum concentration in blood plasma is reached in 1-2 hours after drug administration and remains at therapeutic level within 48 hours. Amoxicillin is practically not metabolized. Excreted mainly in the urine, to a lesser extent in milk and bile.
Betamethasone – belongs to the group of synthetic corticosteroids (hormones of the adrenal cortex), has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, antiallergic, antiproliferative effect.
Betamethasone suppresses the functions of leukocytes and tissue macrophages. Limits the migration of leukocytes into the area of inflammation. Disrupts the ability of macrophages to phagocytosis, as well as the formation of interleukin-1. Promotes stabilization of lysosomal membranes, thereby reducing the concentration of proteolytic enzymes in the area of inflammation. Reduces capillary permeability due to the release of histamine. Inhibits the activity of fibroblasts and collagen formation.
Betamethasone dipropionate has a prolonged effect due to slow absorption. The bioavailability of betamethasone is approximately 72%, the half-life is 5.6 hours, and 64% is bound to plasma proteins. It is broken down in the liver, excreted by the kidneys and only a small part is excreted in the bile.

Cattle, pigs, dogs, cats
Indications for use
Treatment of cattle and pigs:
in diseases of the digestive tract (enteritis, gastroenteritis, gastroenterocolitis), respiratory organs (bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, rhinitis) and genitourinary system (metritis, endometritis, mastitis, agalactia, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis); joints, skin and soft tissues (umbilical infections, wounds, abscesses, inflammation), as well as treatment of animals with leptospirosis, actinomycosis, rabies, parainfluenza, paratyphoid caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin.
Treatment of dogs and cats:
in diseases of the digestive tract (enteritis, gastroenteritis, gastroenterocolitis), respiratory organs (bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, rhinitis) and genitourinary system (metritis, endometritis, mastitis, agalactia, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis); joints, skin and soft tissues; acute and chronic otitis, surgical, wound, postpartum and other primary and secondary infections of bacterial etiology caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin.
Method of administration and dose
Intramuscularly or subcutaneously once in a dose:
Cattle, pigs 1 ml of the drug per 10 kg of body weight of the animal;
Dogs, cats 0.1 ml of the drug per 1 kg of body weight of the animal.
If necessary, re-injection is performed after 48 hours.

AMOK-CAPS (amoxicillin trihydrate - 200 mg, clavulanic acid (as potassium salt) - 50 mg)
Amoxicillin trihydrate - semi-synthetic penicillin, belongs to beta-lactam antibiotics, inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell walls by inhibiting transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, which causes a violation of osmotic pressure and the death of microorganisms in the developmental stage.
Potassium clavulanate is a beta-lactam structurally related to penicillins, has little antibacterial activity, but, irreversibly inhibiting a size of beta-lactamases, prevents inactivation of amoxicillin and provides its antibiotic activity against bacteria, usually resistant to other amoxicillin-resistant amoxicillin.
