Composition:
1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient:
amoxicillin (amoxicillin trihydrate) – 150 mg.
Excipients: benzyl alcohol, butylhydroxytoluene, triglycerides.
Pharmacological properties:
ATC-vet classification code QJ01 – antibacterial veterinary drugs for systemic use.
Amoxicillin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic belonging to the group of β-lactam antibiotics. Has a wide spectrum of bactericidal action against gram-positive (Actinomyces spp., Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. coli, Salmonella spp., Fusobacterium spp., Haemophilus spp., Moaxella spp., Pasteurella spp., Proteus mirabilis). Does not affect penicillinase-forming strains of microorganisms from the genera Klebsiella and Enterobacter, as well as Pseudomonas. Amoxicillin interferes with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, inhibiting the enzymes transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, causing an imbalance in the osmotic balance,
When administered parenterally, amoxicillin is well absorbed into the bloodstream from the injection site and quickly spreads throughout the body, reaching the highest concentration in muscle tissues, liver, kidneys, and the alimentary canal due to its insignificant connection with plasma proteins. After administration, amoxicillin reaches its maximum plasma concentration after 1-2 hours and remains at a therapeutic level for 48 hours.
Amoxicillin is practically not metabolized. It is excreted from the body mainly with urine, as well as with milk and bile.
Application:
Treatment of cattle, pigs, and dogs for diseases of the digestive tract (enteritis, gastroenteritis, gastroenterocolitis, etc.), respiratory organs (bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, rhinitis, etc.), skin and soft tissues (wounds, abscesses, phlegmon, purulent tissue inflammation area of the finger, etc.) and the genitourinary system (metritis, mastitis, MMA syndrome, etc.), as well as animals with septicemia, omphalophlebitis, arthritis caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin.
Dosage:
Intramuscularly (cattle, pigs) or subcutaneously (dogs) at a dose of 1 ml of the drug per 15 kg of animal body weight, once (10 mg of active ingredient per 1 kg of body weight).

Do not use concomitantly with chloramphenicol, macrolides, tetracyclines and sulfonamides.
Cautions:
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 15 (cattle) and 42 (pigs) days after the last use of the drug. People are allowed to consume milk for food 3 days after the last injection of the drug. Received before the specified time, meat and milk are disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of a veterinary doctor.
Shake the contents of the bottle thoroughly before use.
Penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics can cause allergic reactions through autoinjection, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact. Hypersensitivity to penicillins can lead to cross-reactions with cephalosporins and vice versa. Severe allergic reactions are observed sporadically. Do not allow people with hypersensitivity to penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics to work with the drug.
In case of such symptoms as a rash on the skin, swelling of the face, eyes, lips, shortness of breath, it is necessary to urgently consult a doctor and present an insert card.
After using the preparation, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Amoxicillin trihydrate - semi-synthetic penicillin, belongs to beta-lactam antibiotics, inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell walls by inhibiting transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, which causes a violation of osmotic pressure and the death of microorganisms in the developmental stage.
Potassium clavulanate is a beta-lactam structurally related to penicillins, has little antibacterial activity, but, irreversibly inhibiting a size of beta-lactamases, prevents inactivation of amoxicillin and provides its antibiotic activity against bacteria, usually resistant to other amoxicillin-resistant amoxicillin.
