Pharmacological properties
The drug belongs to the group of penicillins, prevents the formation of peptide bonds by inhibiting the activity of transpeptidase, disrupts the late stages of synthesis of peptidoglycan cell membrane, which leads to lysis of dividing cells.
Due to the balanced ratio of salts and auxiliary components that provide an acidic environment at the injection site, the drug has a wider range of bactericidal action. Effective against gram-positive – Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus anthracis, some gram-negative microorganisms, spirochetes Borrelia, Leptospira, Treponema, most actinomycetes and other Actinomycetes.
A significant concentration of the drug in the blood is provided in the first hour after intramuscular administration and persists for at least 72 hours. The drug is excreted in the urine and bile.
Indication
Treatment of cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, dogs, cats, fur animals (foxes, foxes, minks), poultry (broiler chickens) for actinomycosis, erysipelas, necrobacteriosis, pasteurellosis, streptococcus, staphylococcosis, septicemia , pneumonia, mastitis, endometritis, abscesses, phlegmons, which are caused by microorganisms sensitive to penicillins.
Method of application and dosage
The suspension for injection is prepared aseptically, immediately before use, by adding to the vial with the drug or sterile water for injection, or isotonic sodium chloride solution in a ratio of 3 ml of solution per 1 g of the drug. After vigorous shaking, the resulting suspension is administered deep intramuscularly. In large animals, the contents of each vial are injected into different parts of the body.

Contraindication
