Pharmacological properties
The active ingredient of the drug is toltrazuril, which is a triazintrione derivative. Toltrazuril causes changes in the complex mechanism of development of coccidia, affects the endoplasmic reticular tissue. The Golgi complex causes pathologies in the perinuclear space of the cell, causes disturbances in the process of nuclear division. It also leads to a reduction in the parasite’s respiratory chain enzymes.
The drug has a wide range of anti-coccidial and antiprotozoal activity. Toltrazuril is very effective against Eimeria species – E.acervulina, E.burnetti, E.maxima, E.mitis, E.necatrix and E.tenella in broilers and replacement poultry and E.adenoides, E.meleagridis, E.meleagrimitis in turkeys …

Indications for use
Prevention and treatment of poultry eimeriosis (broilers, replacement poultry, turkeys) with invasive diseases caused by: E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. necatrix, E. tenella, E. Mitis; E. adenoids, E. meleagridis, E. meleagrimitis.

Contraindications
Do not administer the drug to poultry allergic to toltrazuril or at least one of the fillers.

Dosage and method of administration
For oral administration with drinking water:
– 1000 ml per 1000 liters of drinking water (25 mg/ml) for continuous treatment for 48 hours, or
– 3000 ml per 1000 liters of drinking water (75 mg/ml) 8 each hour per day, 2 consecutive days
This corresponds to a dosage of 7 mg toltrazuril per kg of body weight per day for 2 consecutive days.
Note: Give water with the added drug as the only source of drinking water.

The period of the complete elimination of the drug from the body of animals
Broiler meat – 18 days, turkey meat – 21 days.
Not for use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption.

Restrictions on use The
meat of poultry, forcedly killed before the expiration of the specified periods, is used directly for feeding carnivores or for the production of meat and bone meal.
