Amoxicillin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic of the penicillin series with bactericidal action, active against most gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms: Escherichia coli, Haemophilus spp., Proteus mirabilis Salmonella spp., Clostridium spp., Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp. (except for strains producing β-lactamase), Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Pasteurella spp., Actinobacillus spp., Bordetella bronchiseptica, Fusobacterium spp. The mechanism of action of the drug is to disrupt the synthesis of the mucopeptide of the bacterial cell wall by inhibiting transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, which leads to disruption of the osmotic balance and destruction of microorganisms at the stage of development.
Prednisolone has anti-inflammatory, epidermostatic, anti-allergic, immunosuppressive and local anesthetic actions; reduces swelling and inflammation. The anti-inflammatory effect is accompanied by vasoconstriction, a decrease in pain at the injection site, a decrease in the migration of lymphocytes and macrophages to the site of inflammation.

After parenteral administration of enrofloxacin rapidly and completely absorbed due to high bioavailability. Its maximum concentration is reached after an average of 6 hours. Therapeutic concentration is maintained within 2 days. Enrofloxacin partially metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine and bile.
Enrofloxacin has a high level of distribution. Thus, the concentration in the tissues and organs is usually higher than in serum. The bodies, which can be observed the highest concentration – the lungs, liver, kidneys, intestines.
