1 ml of the drug contains: ciprofloxacin – 100 mg.
Pharmacological properties:
The active substance of the drug is ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone group. Ciprofloxacin is active against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, and especially against E. coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Serratia spp., Camphylobacter spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Yersinia spp., Vibrio spp., Aeromonas spp., Haemophilus spp., also sensitive to the drug: Brucella spp., Chlamydia trachomatis, Staphylococcus spp., and other opportunistic microorganisms sensitive to the antibiotic (including penicillinase-producing and methicillin-resistant strains), Mycoplasma spp., Mycobacterium spp.
The mechanism of action of the drug is to inhibit bacterial DNA gyrase (ΙΙ topoisomers), thereby preventing the process of DNA helixization and synthesis.
Application:
Treatment of calves, lambs, goats (from birth to 8 weeks of age), pigs, poultry, dogs, cats with diseases of the respiratory tract, digestive tract, genitourinary system, which are caused by microorganisms sensitive to ciprofloxacin.
Methods of application and doses:
Multiplicity of application – 1-2 times a day, depending on the severity of the disease. The course of treatment is 3-5 days.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin.
Do not administer to animals with impaired renal or hepatic function.
Do not use simultaneously with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Do not use simultaneously with tetracyclines, macrolides, lincosamides, chloramphenicols.
Do not use on horses.
Do not use in small breed dogs under 8 months of age, in large breed dogs under 18 months of age, in cats under 8 months of age due to adverse effects on bone formation.
Do not treat animals with signs of diseases of the central nervous system.
The drug is not recommended for pregnant sows. The use of the drug is allowed only when it is obvious that the effect of the application exceeds the possible negative consequences.
Warning:
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed after 7 days (poultry), 14 days (pigs) after the last use of the drug. The meat received before the specified period is disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of a veterinarian.

The active ingredient of the drug – enrofloxacin, belongs to the fluoroquinolone group of antibiotics and has a broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Its mechanism of action is based on the inhibition of bacterial gyrase enzyme, leading to disruption of bacterial DNA replication.
After parenteral administration of enrofloxacin rapidly and completely absorbed due to high bioavailability. Its maximum concentration is reached after an average of 6 hours.
