Sarafloxacin Antibiotics fluoroquinolones, mechanism of action is caused by the inhibition of the activity of DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II types of gram-negative bacteria and topoisomerase IV type in certain Gram-positive bacteria) that provide replication of DNA in the nuclei of microbial cells and their subsequent separation, resulting in bacteria multiply.
